The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2025.
▪️ Act in good faith, in the best interest of the Association, and with due diligence, care, and loyalty.
▪️ Comply with and enforce the Association’s CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules, and applicable state and local laws.
▪️ Maintain confidentiality of executive session matters.
▪️ Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts as required by Civil Code §5350.
▪️ Uphold fiduciary responsibilities to manage the Association’s affairs prudently and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Serves as the chief executive officer of the Association.
Presides over all Board meetings and Annual Membership meetings.
Ensures Board resolutions are implemented in accordance with governing documents and applicable laws.
Acts as the Association’s official representative in legal and contractual matters, unless otherwise delegated.

Assumes the duties of the President in their absence, inability, or refusal to act.
Assists the President as requested in the administration of Association business and operations.
Jamaal Wallace
Maintains accurate and secure records of all Association documents, minutes, notices, and correspondence.
Ensures timely distribution of meeting notices, agendas, and required disclosures to Members in accordance with Civil Code §4920 and §5300 et seq.
Certifies and attests to official Association documents when necessary.
Charles Obilo
Oversees the financial management of the Association’s funds, assets, and accounts.
Prepares or supervises the preparation of annual budgets, financial statements, and reserve studies per Civil Code §5300 and §5550.
Ensures timely collection of assessments and payment of authorized expenses.
Provides regular financial reports to the Board and Members as required by law.
