While we do not have shared amenities, our low-maintenance community ensures that homeowners enjoy a peaceful and hassle-free lifestyle. Our only common features, two small patches of land, a private alleyway (servicing 6 homes), and a cluster mailbox, reflects our commitment to simplicity and efficiency.
